Armada 1 Venture

The Venture type ship of the game Star Trek Armada is the Federation's scout ship. It is build by the Shipyard. It can be enhanced with a Tachyon Detection Grid to detect cloaked ships. As such it is fast, has a large scanning radius but on the other hand it has only a small crew, very limited weapons and rather low shields. These ships are not meant for battle but reconnaissance.
