Armada 1 Tier 3 Yards

The tech level 3 shipyards of the game Star Trek: Armada are a part of the super weapons available to all four factions. However, only Klingons and Romulans actually have level 3 yards which are producing the most devastating ships. As such they are very expensive but also very valuable.
