Project Eden bietet außerdem ein reichhaltiges Angebot an Waffen und Ausrüstung. Hilfsmittel wie die Sonde, der Rover u. a. sind dabei sehr nützlich. Das Spiel besitzt auch einen Multiplayer. Der ist allerdings nicht ganz so gut gelungen, wie der Single Player.
