-In nicht all zu ferner Zukunft: Die Öl-Reserven werden knapp, und wer Öl hat, hat Macht. Die Kriege bleiben daher nicht aus. Ihr kämpf auf Seiten der Western Coalition gegen die Red Star Alliance, um die restlichen Reserven für die eigene Seite zu sichern. Grafisch nicht übermäßig ausgestattet, frisst aber dafür ganz schön Leistung. Grundsätzlich aber recht angenehmes Spiel, das den Flair des Schlachtfeld teilweise sehr gut einzufangen versteht.

-Im Prinzip wie immer, erst das Spiel installieren, dann die Patches, dann den Crack drüber bügeln. Das Spiel will allerdings PhysX in einer ziemlich veralteten Version installieren. Diese bitte nicht benutzen, sondern die hier ebenfalls zu findende PhysX Legacy. Mit neueren Versionen von PhysX geht das Spiel leider nicht mehr. Allerdings brauchen neuere Spiele die neuere Version. Neuere Versionen plätten dann leider wieder die alte. Einziger Ausweg ist die Legacy-Version, die nicht von neueren Versionen bei der Installation entfernt wird. Die Patches müssen, so nervig es auch ist, in der logischen Reihenfolge abgeklappert werden, also insgesamt vier Patch-Schritte. Bitte während der Installation und dem Patchen //nicht Punkbuster in der Firewall blocken//, oder ähnliches. Man fängt sich damit nur Scherereien ein. Nach beendeter Installation inkl. Patchen kann man Punkbuster auch in der FW blocken, wenn man möchte. Allerdings ist es eh nur ein Anti-Cheating-Tool. Ist also Geschmacksache, ob man das haben will, oder nicht. Während der Installation ist's jedoch notwendig, dass PB raus kann. Sonst baut der Patch Mist.
